Carpet cleaning is just a piece of the pie. Their approach revitalizes your whole house. We had a bad air problem that was making it difficult to breathe at times, especially at night. Your throat would feel congested while trying to sleep. Often, I would sleep in the living room on the lounger. I thought the problem to be the carpet. After talking with Mickey, he suggested a different approach to DUCT Cleaning. Their approach was to neutralize the molds/bacteria build-up inside the ducts by blowing some type of agent through the duct system. After listening, I thought, it couldn't hurt...let's try it. WOW! I have known Mickey Cummins as a friend and when he decided to take over the business from an older friend of his I wanted to know what convinced him. Mickey then went on to described to me what he does to treat the water he uses just for cleaning the carpet. So I asked him to come to my home that is over 4 hours away, he did and I was not disappointed. Thank you Carpet Cleaning by Cummins for doing such an EXCELLENT job on the carpets. The previous tenants had the carpet cleaned before we moved in and let's just say that company's service was not up to par. One of our Danes had an accident so we decided to call, and Mickey was here within 30 minutes to give us a quote, which was very reasonable in my opinion, and told us he could do it right then if we wanted to! Mickey really surpassed our expectations and did a FANTASTIC job. He got stains out of the carpet that the other company didn't and our carpet looks new! My husband and I have known Mickey for many years; in fact he was a large part of our decision to move to this area from Austin. We recently had an incident with our daughter after her tonsillectomy that led to there being a very large spot of blood (2ftx2ft) on our carpet. After we regrouped and saw exactly what we were dealing with we knew who to call without a second thought. We spoke to Mickey and he came to our home early on a Monday morning to erase a bad memory for us all. With two dogs who tend to find any mud in sight, my kitchen floor had dirt ground into the linoleum. Normal mopping did little to remove the dirt. Mickey and Raquel made my linoleum kitchen floor shine like new. Mickey also did a wonderful job cleaning my living room carpet. Mickey and Raquel's upbeat attitude made it a pleasure to have them in my home and I highly recommend them for any floor cleaning job.
